The Concept of "Low Light Photography" reminds us of nothing but darkness. As far as the aspects of photography comes into role, light plays a very major role and is necessarily as important as the Pixels in our camera.
Camera's of the early ages did not have such capacity to let you play with the Darkness, but today even our mobile camera's are strong enough to provide you the see through dark.

But if You zoom a bit, the water doesn't looks that good and interesting because the surface is not sharp.

2. Playing the ISO
Many photographers understand the basics of ISO, but they aren’t sure which ISO value to actually pick in the field. In practice, there’s a reason why your camera allows such a wide range of ISO settings: Different situations call for different ISOs. Below, we will cover some of the common scenarios you may come across.

Even in dim or dark environments, you still might be able to use a low ISO. For example, if you have your camera mounted on a tripod or sitting completely still on a table. In that case, you can safely use a low ISO and brighten your photo via a long shutter speed instead, since you won’t introduce camera shake. However, keep in mind that if your camera does use a long shutter speed, anything that is moving will look like a ghost.
3. Creating Shadows
When it comes to capturing a captivating photograph, many people may believe that it’s all about light. While illumination is important, darkness is an equally compelling component. Showcasing the shapes and darkness shadows cast is a surprising way to enhance a composition. Here, we explain the ways in which you can master the art of shadow photography.

Similarly, photographers also often deliberately experiment with the effect of shadows on subject matter. By casting shadows directly onto their subjects, they are able to alter their appearance and experiment with texture, pattern, and even emotion. In such cases, the shadow’s role is obvious, deliberate, and of significant visual importance.
4. Bouncing the Contrast
Contrast means difference. In the case of photography, the most common differences are achieved by changes in the tones (light) or colors that compose the image.Contrast has been a key element from the beginning of photography. It is the degree of difference between the elements that forms an image. Higher contrast will give your image a different feel than lower contrast, for example. But the type of contrast can also influence your images.

If the photo has a wide range of tones widely distributed from pure white to pure black, it is considered a medium contrast image. And if it has a range of middle tones but it lacks the pure whites and blacks, the photo is a low contrast image. Although tonal contrast is the best known, there are other types that are quite interesting too.
5. Using the color
The definition of color is a component of light which is separated when it is reflected off of an object. Color begins with light and the colors we see are influenced by the characteristics of the light source. Wavelengths of reflected light determine what color you see. Color is said to be three-dimensional because of it’s three unique aspects. When you seek to define a specific color, there are three properties to consider; Hue, Value, and Saturation.

Creating images with an interesting color contrast requires some color theory knowledge. But don’t worry! You only need the basics to start experimenting.
We must remember that color in the printing world is what we learned in school, but color combinations are different for light. For photography, we must learn the colors of light, not the colors for printing. In photography we are talking about RGB or colors of light that join together to make white, whereas in print all primary colors joined together would create a neutral color, or gray.
